| Rules | (Please follow to allow fair competition and clean fun) |
| 1. | Auditions for Miss Truck Night will be held on May 30th during Truck Night Festivities. |
| 2. | Attire will be Daisy Duke wear. |
| 3. | To participate fill out an application at the Truck Night DJ booth. |
| 4. | You Must be 18 or older to participate and must present a valid photo ID to register. |
| 5. | During the auditions on May 30th, 2008 a panel of judges will determine the 12 finalists that will compete in the Miss Truck Night Contest being held on June 6th, 2008. |
| 6. | The 12 finalist will also have a chance to appear in the Truck Night at Yankee Lake 2008-2009 Calendar |
| 7. | 12 finalists will be asked to stay after the auditions on May 30th for a meeting and rehearsal for the June 6th Competition - Be sure to stay in the staging area! |
| 8. | Participants will be judged on both appearance and personality. |
| 9. | On June 6th, 2008 the 12 finalists will compete in the 2nd Annual Miss Truck Night Contest being held on the green during Truck Night starting at 8:00pm. |
| 10. | The 12 Finalists will be judged by a panel of judges and will compete in the following 4 categories:

| 11. | Dressing area will be provided. |
| 12. | On June 6th, each contestant will be escorted by a US Army Soldier from the Niles, OH recruiting office. |
| 13. | Miss Truck Night and 4 runners-up will receive cash prizes.
|
| 14. | All 12 finalists will have a chance to appear in the Truck Night at Yankee Lake 2008-2009 Calendar as well as other Truck Night Promotions. |
| 15. | ATTENTION: Any Contestant that disrobes clothing or uses inappropriate behavior will be automatically disqualified! |
